In 2024, Porsche and Mobil 1 teamed up to create the Porsche Mobil 1 Female Driver Program, a program developed to promote diversity and inclusion in racing, a sport dominated by 90% male participation. The program aims to foster gender equality in motorsports by providing female drivers with the resources, support, and world-class coaching needed to excel on and off the track, and the sponsors needed fresh creative to announce the initiative.
